2 cups of ice
2 tablespoons of the fruit tisane of your choice
Half a glass of water
125 grams of natural yogurt
2 envelopes of Splenda or the sweetener of your choice
Preparation:
Step 1: In a blender add all the ingredients and blend.
Step 2: Serve in a large glass, you can put some tea to decorate.
It is very tasty as a dessert or for breakfast.
